Join us for a guided tour of the Rutgers University Ecological Preserve. This event will incorporate a mix of plant/tree identification and history of the preserve, a 360-acre wooded preserve located between the Busch and Livingston Campuses. The Preserve was established in 1976 by the Rutgers Board of Governors with the goals of preserving the natural ecological characteristics of the property and serving as an outdoor teaching area for the university. Parking instructions and meeting information will be provided closer to the event date. Rain date 10/25/26. No restrooms on site.
