The RAA invites you for an evening of cheese and learning at Olsson’s Fine Foods in Princeton!

 

We will be making Burrata! Learn how to make this most luscious of cheeses by stretching mozzarella curd to an almost transparent skin and filling it with a creamy mixture. Burrata is the ultimate cheese to have with pasta and fresh tomatoes, so we hope you’ll enjoy!  Tickets are limited for this small-group experience!
