The 50th Reunion of the Class of '58 will be May 16-18, 2008!!

Mailings
The Class of 1958 letter, registration & bio forms were mailed to all classmates on February 15th. The RAA Reunion 2008 brochure with all the reunion events & registration form was mailed in March. The registration form is available on this website. The RAA is waiving the $20 late registration fee. Spouse & guests are invited to all the reunion events.

50th Reunion events:

Note - change to Class Dinner location - The Hale Center was recently demolished during the first stage construction of the expansion of Rutgers Stadium, therefore our Class dinner will be at the Busch Campus Center Dining Room.

Friday - May 16
9 AM - 3 PM - Class HQ to pick up Reunion packet at Winants Hall Class Uniform package includes Class tie (Scarlet with Block " R"), Pocket Patch (Rutgers Seal with metallic gold) to be worn on your navy blue blazer and Gabsby Cap (Beige with Block "R")

8 AM & 1 PM - Shotgun Golf Tournament
5 PM - Old Guard Reception & Dinner at Brower Commons, College Avenue; Class dress for Old Guard dinner: your own navy blue blazer, white shirt, khaki slacks, black shoes & socks, along with our class tie and pocket patch Class of 1958 are special guests of the RAA and there will be no charge for classmates, while the charge for spouse or guests $40

Saturday - May 17
9 AM - 11 AM- Class HQ at Winants Hall
9 AM- 11 AM - Continental Breakfast in front of Winants Hall
9:30 AM- All Alumni Chapel Service at Kirkpatrick Chapel
10:15 AM- Parade Assembly
10:30 AM- Alumni Parade down College Avenue; We will be decked out in our Class Uniform including Gatsby Cap, white sneakers & socks.
11:30 AM - 1:30 PM- Alumni Luncheon & RAA annual meeting at Bower Commons
2:15- 3:30 PM - Special Class of 1958 tour of Zimmerli Art Museum, 71 Hamilton St.
4- 5 PM- Queens Choral Concert at Winants Hall
6-10 PM - Class Dinner in the Busch Campus Center Dining Room (a change).

Sunday - May 18

9-11 AM RAA Reunion Breakfast at Brower Commons. Special tables will be reserved for our class

Attending Reunion

As of May 8th: 76 classmates have registered and 77 bio forms have been received. There remains 15 names on the planning to attend list and 26 names on the maybe list that have not returned their registration form yet and 65 classmates which have denoted they will not attend. Rutgers Oral History Archives Program

Class Officers & 50th Reunion committee members agreed to participate in the Rutgers Oral History Archives program and elected Marty Kravarik, Coordinator & Cliff Ellis, Data Base. We hope to have our military & other classmates affected by armed conflicts participate in the Rutgers Oral History Project. As of November seven classmates have submitted survey forms and four of them have been interviewed. More information about the Rutgers Oral History Archives is on the ROHA website here
