Doc Volz writes
"I finally retired, as a writer for the American Psychological Assn., two years ago and have been doing a lot of freelancing since then. I am a regular travel writing contributor to the aarp.org travel site. In fact, I will be on the road traveling the country at the time of the reunion. I have also contributed pieces to the NY Times and Washington Post and am teaching travel writing at the Agriculture Dept. grad school. My son, Chris, the burgeoning rock star, has an album out called, "Through the Eyes," with his band, Flaw. It's on the Universal label. They've sold 70,000 so far, are touring the country and will go on a European tour this spring. Chris writes all of the lyrics and does all of the singing. They have a website, flawonline.com. Other than that, I go to the gym every day. I remarried to a wonderful lady, Kate, five years ago. She has just retired, too." You can reach Doc via email at JVolz98358@aol.com.
